Combining cutting-edge multimedia technology with the outstanding talents of 60 international artists, the show will deliver an awe-inspiring performance, culminating each night in a dazzling fireworks display.

Kiss of the Sea - the world's largest on-water multimedia show
A majestic and eye-catching performance
In the midst of the holiday season, Sun Group has introduced the multimedia show "Kiss of the Sea," which adds to the appeal of Sunset Town on the southern coast of Phu Quoc, where visitors will find the island's most stunning beaches.
The show is the brainchild of ECA2, a French production company that specializes in creating immersive, multi-sensory experiences. Over the past 30 years, ECA2 has successfully developed over 60 special shows in 17 countries around the world, including game-changers like Wings of Time in Singapore, which attracts over one million visitors each year, and The Fountain of Dreams, which has become one of the top attractions in Wuyi Mountain, China.
Backed by a multi-million dollar investment, "Kiss of the Sea" uses cutting-edge technology on a grand scale. With a seawater screen spanning an area of 1,000 square meters, it is the world's largest seaside theater. The stage is also equipped with three consecutive projection domes and uses 300 devices to create a wide range of diverse special effects, including lights, fire, water, lasers, and fireworks.
Julie Cugurno, Executive Vice President of ECA2, remarked: "Now, it is one of the largest outdoor multimedia shows in the world, boasting the world's largest seawater screen, state-of-the-art technology, and artists from different countries, all of which will bring audiences an unforgettable multi-sensory experience and create a magnificent spectacle for Phu Quoc Island."

A stage with 300 devices creates stunning special effects, including lights, flames, water, lasers, and fireworks.
For Jean-Christophe Canizares, CEO of ECA2, he is confident that everyone will love it: "The Kiss of the Sea show is unique. It's our latest and biggest development to date. When we look at it as a multimedia show, integrating a cast on this scale, we've never done anything on this scale. We have a cast, we have costumes, we have fireworks everywhere, and you have to love it."

60 Artists Perform Live on Stage Between Galaxies
A must-see for All Ages
Since its premiere, Kiss of the Sea has quickly become one of the most talked-about outdoor shows in Asia, captivating audiences of all ages with its dazzling fusion of technology and art. The dome, seawater screen, and aquatic stage create an immersive experience that blurs the lines between stage and audience.
Each audience member becomes a character in a cosmic adventure that is both romantic and thrilling. They will feel the heat of lava as a volcano erupts and burst with joy as the characters defeat evil against a backdrop of fireworks illuminating the night sky.
While cutting-edge technology delivers awe-inspiring special effects, it is the artists who elevate the emotional experience. Wearing glowing costumes and using a variety of colorful props, up to 60 international artists emerge unexpectedly from the seawater stage to perform a series of eye-catching movements that include balletic twirls, dancing, flips, acrobatics, and more. Throughout the five acts, the performers undergo a series of costume changes while the choreography undergoes a variety of transformations. Audiences will be mesmerized by witnessing the gentle movements of planets in the galaxy or the more intense and dramatic moments when evil appears!

“Kiss of the Sea” Show reaches its climax with a grand fireworks display every night
"Kiss of the Sea is a unique fusion of multimedia special effects and artistic performances," said Charline Munnier, Creative Director of ECA2. "Each scene is carefully crafted with distinctive elements, incorporating variations in space, music, and effects. The storyline of the show takes you on a journey through different dimensions, combining poetic allure, a romantic love story, and of course, thrilling action sequences, all leading to an exciting climax before audiences witness a happy ending."
The Unique Combination of Fairytales
Kiss of the Sea is a story of love between a young man from Phu Quoc and a girl from a distant, mysterious galaxy who comes to Earth through a black hole. In a tale of love, unity, and wonder, our protagonists must rise up to conquer the darkness that looms over Earth and the galaxy.
The unique setting of this play also celebrates the cultural nuances of Vietnam through its special effects and storytelling. Indeed, sharp-eyed viewers will notice that the names and images of the characters are derived from the five elements of Chinese philosophy - namely, metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. For example, the earth element represents the unique nature of Phu Quoc. The traditional Vietnamese art of shadow puppetry is also cleverly incorporated into the character design, while the setting is inspired by the coastal regions of Vietnam.

Kiss of the Sea is a journey that breaks the boundaries of time and space.
In addition to celebrating eternal love, Kiss of the Sea delivers a powerful message by emphasizing our responsibility to conserve nature and protect wildlife from the brink of extinction. Viewers will have the opportunity to meet characters such as the Phu Quoc ridgeback, a unique breed of dog found only on the island, and the dugong, a marine mammal that is currently facing serious extinction threats.
Finally, each show ends with a fireworks display, ensuring that audiences will always leave with a smile on their faces! It's no wonder that Kiss of the Sea has been hailed as the hottest outdoor show in the world and the new sensation of Phu Quoc Island.
